شعار(السلام بالقوة) معاقبة قضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مثالاً 

كنا نجادل من يدعي ان تفوق اليهود في العالم مرتبط بالخبث والدهاء ٫بقناعة انهم امتازوا على غيرهم فعلا بالحكمة وإستعمال الفواعل الحضارية الثابته بالديمقراطية المعززة بحكم القانون والقضاء النزيهوبقية عناصر العدالة ، على أساس انهم أقلية لا يمكن لها ان تنجوا إلا بمعايير الدولية والوطنية ضمن مفاهيم العدالة التي أعقبت العزل والمجازر والمحارق ضدهم خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية ، كما إن جل اليهود صاحابي تجربة ٫عاشوا وجربوا بالعيش بين أمم ودول وامبراطًوريات تحطمت بسبب انحرافها عن حكم القانون والعدالة ، بل هم شكلوا في التاريخ القريب واحده من اهم ضحايا الأقليات الدينية التي عانت من التمييز والظلم في اهم الامم المتحضرة التي كانت تعتبر نفسها محصنة بعدالة الحقوق والالتزامات ،وكنا نعتبر استهداف اسرائيل من قبل حكومات عربية وإسلامية لا تعرف معاني العدل لتداري فشلها في حكمها المبني على القمع والفساد ٫فطالما خلقت “بعبع إسرائيل واليهود ” يشغلون به الشعوب من أهوال الظلم و الفشل الحكومي ، وحتى قطار السلام الذي بدأت عرباته تتحرك ٫من إقرار حقوق المصريين باتفاقية كامب ديفيد كانت واحدة من أدلتنا التي واجهنا بها بعض القوى القومية أيام ثقافة الحزب والثورة العراقية ٫خاصة عندما نتحدث بخلواتنا عن هذا (هذه القطعة الحضارية للغرب) بيننا ٫فقد تجبر عاجلا أم آجلا انظمتنا السلطوية بالسعي لتقليد اسرائيل بتقاليدها الديمقراطية والحكومية الذكية ، 

ولكن٫عندما توقفت عربة السلام بعد اوسلوا واشتعال الانتفاضة الفلسطينية ضد تجاوزات اسرائيل على حقوق الفلسطينيين وإمعان تشكيلها او سكوتها على تشكيل سلطة فلسطينية فاسدة وسعي يومي لإسكات المقامة الفلسطينية أو الداعمين لها داخليا وخارجيا ٫ ، فصرنا نقول ، اين الحكمة والعدالة التي بنت بها دولتها حجر على حجر؟ حتى أعلنت قيادتها اليمينية شعار بعد ٧ إكتوبر (السلام بالقوة) لتكشف لنا تمردها العلني الرسمي ضد كل امل بالعدالة للفسطينيين ومن يساندهم من اصحاب الذمة والضمير، بل وراحت هي نفسها تخلق اجواء الفساد على المستوى العالمي الغربي والشرقي ، وخاصة عندما ورطت اعظم امة بنيت على حكم القانون والعدالة والحريات بأمريكا لتجبر إدارتها الحالية بالسكوت المطبق عن الدولة الفلسطينية وتشاركها بشعار السلام بالقوة على العرب والمسلمين وعلى العالم أجمع، ثم تقرر سياسة غير مسبوقة لا بعهود الظلام ولا بالعهود البربرية ٫عندما هددت ثم طبقت رسميا معاقبة قضاة المحكمة الدولية، عندما تولى بنفسه وزير خارجيتها والمستشار الامن القومي السناتور السابق المحامي مارك روبيو بنفسه إعلان معاقبة قضاة المحكمة ، لانهم تجرؤا ان يوجوا اتهام لأسوءا رئيس حكومة اسرائيليه يمينية، هو الشعب الإسرائيلي متحفظ من سياساته التي أشعلت – حسب ما سموها قادة اليهود-الانتفاضة العالمية ضد السامية ..وإلى يومنا هذا ترفض منظومتهم العدلية حتى منحه عفو عن رشاوى ٫حتى لو تعلقت بمجموعة شامبوات وعلب سكاير رئاسية٫ ليتكشف لنا بوضوح، ان العدالة نادي مغلق (Club) مخصص عضويته فقط لليهود في دولتها العنصرية أو بالدول الأجنبية ٫وربما لا يستحقها حتى الأمريكان من غير اليهود أنفسهم ٫ 

ولهذا إذا إفترضنا أن إسرائيل إستغلت أحداث ٧ إكتوبر وإستطاعت بشعار السلام بالقوة أن ترهب أو ترغب دول ومؤسسات قوى إقليمية ودولية ٫وربما في المستقبل تستطيع أن تهجر الفلسطينيين او تبيدهم بملايينهم في داخل الأرض المحتلة أو خارجها ٫ كيف ستنسى أولا وأخيرا ٫إنها ستبقى في قلب أو تجاور مليار مسلم غاضب على أشقائه الفلسطينيين ٫ويصلون ويزكون ويحجون على مدى أعمارهم لنصرة الدين والمسلمين في كل مكان وزمان؟

هل حسبت حسابها إذا ظهرت حالات تمرد فردي أو جماعي منظم أوغير منظم من مجتمعات عربية أو إسلامية تجاوزها بمقاومتكم بالطائرات الدرون ٫مثلما نسمع أن بعضها الان  يأتيها من شرقها وغربها يتحكمون بها بالهواتف الذكية ليرموا عليهم ٫ربما ليست الصواريخ أو المتفجرات المميته ٫وإنما حتى قاذوراتهم البشرية ؟هل ستقاومها إسرائيل بالباتريوك الامريكية ؟وحتى لو إفترضنا أن تبقى الشعوب العربية والإسلامية مستسلمة لحكامهم الملوثين بالفساد والفشل ، وبعد الغضب الشعبي الأمريكي من حربكم ضد الأبرياء والمذنبين الذي أسقط الرئيس بايدن ووصيفته كاميلا وعموم الديمقراطيين بالضربه القضائية وأعاد سيطرة ترامب والجمهوريين الذين سببوا أكبر نفور داخلي ودولي ضد إسرائيل لحد الآن ٫ماذا إذا تحولت ٫ما تسميها إسرائيل  (الانتفاضة الأمريكية والعالمية ضد السامية) إلى حركات عنف فردية وحتى شعبية ضد اليهود في المدن الأمريكية والغربية ، هل ستلجؤون للمحاكم والقضاة الذين تمت معاقبة زملائهم الدوليين باسمكم وتطلبون إنصافكم ؟إن جنون شعار (القوة لصنع السلام) بالقطع لن يحققلكم الأمن والسلام  ٫إلا آللهم إذا نزعتوا الدين الإسلامي من أكثر من مليار مسلم من حولكم  وتضموهم لديانتكم اليهودية٫ اوان تبيدوهم عن بكرة أبيهم وتحطموا مسجد الأقصى وتنقلوا بيت لحم من عموم فلسطين وتعلنوا لا يوجد على الأرض إلا الديانة اليهودية٫ 

الحقيقة٫التي يتردد الكثير الإشارة إليها٫ هو أن  إستمرار إسرائيل إنكار القوانين والقرارات والإعلانات الدولية التي تؤكد حق الفلسطينيين بدولتهم وبقية حقوقهم الأدمية والدينية لأنه مثلما تسميه ( إنتحار وجودي لإسرائيل )٫فهو لن يكون فقط سبب للمقاومة الفلسطينية والعربية والعالمية لإسرائيل وإنما يقوي الدليل للعالم أجمع أن إسرائيل دولة غير واثقة من شرعية وجودها ولهذا لم ولن تقبل بأي شرعية دولية قانونية أو أخلاقية أو إنسانية حضارية ٫إن بلطجية القيادات الإسرائيلية ليست فقط تخلق للكراهية الإقليمية والغربية والأمريكية والعالمية لإسرائيل واليهودية فحسب وإنما يوميا تصنع شكوك أو حتى تلغي تضحيات يهود بأيادي النازية أو أيا من القوى القمعية في المجتمعات التي عاشوا فيها ٫

وأخيرا ٫مرة إخرى ٫كما قال توماس بارك مبعوث الرئيس ترامب للشرق الأوسط في إحدى تنبؤاته عن إسرائيل الكبرى بمؤتمر الدوحة الأخير للحوار بشهر ديسنبر ٢٠٢٥٫ لا يوجد شيء إسمه إسرائيل الكبرى أو الصغرى إلا بالإنسجام الاقتصادي مع دول المنطقة ٫وهذا لن يحدث ولوإنطبقت الأرض على السماء ٫ مادامت العدالة في نظر إسرائيل (نادي صالون) عضويته لليهود فقط وللآخرين القوة لفرض السلام عليهم ٫٫٫ فهل يعي حكماء بني إسرائيل؟

The slogan “Peace through Strength,” with the punishment of International Criminal Court judges as an example, is flawed.

We used to argue against those who claimed that Jewish superiority in the world was linked to malice and cunning, believing instead that they truly excelled over others through wisdom and the application of established civilizational principles: democracy reinforced by the rule of law, an independent judiciary, and other elements of justice.  This was based on the understanding that as a minority, they could only survive through international and national standards within the framework of justice that emerged after the isolation, massacres, and Holocaust they suffered during World War II.  Furthermore, most Jews have lived and experienced life among nations, states, and empires that collapsed due to their deviation from the rule of law and justice. In recent history, they constituted one of the most significant victims of religious minorities who suffered discrimination and injustice in some of the most civilized nations that considered themselves immune to such injustices. We considered the targeting of Israel by Arab and Islamic governments, which lacked an understanding of justice, as a way for them to mask their failures in governance based on repression and corruption. They constantly created the “bogeyman of Israel and the Jews” to distract their people from the horrors of injustice and governmental failure. Even the peace process, whose initial steps began with the recognition of Egyptian rights in the Camp David Accords, was one of the pieces of evidence we used to confront some nationalist forces during the era of the Iraqi Ba’ath Party and its revolutionary ideology.  We discussed this “civilizational achievement of the West” among ourselves in private, believing that our authoritarian regimes would sooner or later be forced to emulate Israel’s democratic traditions and intelligent governance.

However, when the peace process stalled after Oslo and the Palestinian intifada erupted against Israel’s violations of Palestinian rights, and its complicity in or silence regarding the formation of a corrupt Palestinian authority, and its daily efforts to silence the Palestinian resistance or its supporters internally and externally, we began to ask, where is the wisdom and justice upon which it built its state, brick by brick?  Then its right-wing leadership declared, after October 7th, the slogan “Peace through force,” revealing its open and official rebellion against any hope for justice for the Palestinians and those of conscience who support them.  It even went so far as to create an atmosphere of corruption on a global scale, both in the West and the East, especially when it implicated the greatest nation built on the rule of law, justice, and freedoms—America—forcing its current administration into complete silence regarding the Palestinian state and sharing with it the slogan of “peace through force” against Arabs, Muslims, and the entire world.  Then it adopted an unprecedented policy, unheard of even in the darkest or most barbaric ages, when it threatened and then officially sanctioned the judges of the International Criminal Court.  Its own Foreign Minister and National Security Advisor, former Senator and lawyer Mark Rubio, personally announced the sanctions against the judges because they dared to indict the worst right-wing Israeli prime minister, whose policies—according to Jewish leaders themselves—ignited a global intifada against antisemitism. To this day, their justice system refuses to grant him a pardon for bribery, even for trivial matters like shampoo and cigarette cartons, clearly revealing that justice is a closed club whose membership is reserved only for Jews in their racist state or in foreign countries, and perhaps not even for non-Jewish Americans themselves.

Therefore, if we assume that Israel exploited the events of October 7th and, under the banner of “peace through force,” managed to intimidate or coerce regional and international powers and institutions, and perhaps in the future will be able to displace or exterminate millions of Palestinians inside or outside the occupied territories, how will it ultimately forget that it will remain in the heart of, or adjacent to, a billion Muslims who are angry about the plight of their Palestinian brothers, and who pray, give charity, and perform pilgrimage throughout their lives to support their religion and fellow Muslims everywhere and at all times? Have you considered the consequences if individual or organized, planned or unplanned, acts of rebellion emerge from Arab or Muslim communities, which you suppress with drone attacks, as we hear is happening now, with some attacks coming from the east and west, controlled by smartphones to drop on them, perhaps not deadly missiles or explosives, but even their human waste? Will Israel counter this with American Patriot missiles? And even if we assume that the Arab and Muslim peoples remain submissive to their corrupt and failed rulers, and after the American public’s anger over your war against the innocent and the guilty, which led to the downfall of President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and the Democrats in general through a judicial blow, and restored the control of Trump and the Republicans, who have caused the greatest internal and international aversion to Israel to date, what if what Israel calls the “American and global uprising against antisemitism” transforms into individual and even popular acts of violence against Jews in American and Western cities? Will you resort to the courts and judges whose international colleagues have been punished in your name, and demand justice? The madness of the slogan “strength to make peace” will certainly not bring you security and peace, unless you strip Islam from more than a billion Muslims around you and convert them to your Jewish religion, or annihilate them completely, destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque, relocate Bethlehem from the rest of Palestine, and declare that only the Jewish religion exists on Earth.

The truth, which many hesitate to acknowledge, is that Israel’s continued denial of international laws, resolutions, and declarations that affirm the Palestinians’ right to their own state and other human and religious rights, because, as you call it, it would be “existential suicide for Israel,” will not only be a reason for Palestinian, Arab, and international resistance against Israel, but will also strengthen the evidence for the world. It is widely agreed that Israel is a state unsure of the legitimacy of its existence, and therefore it has not and will not accept any international legal, moral, or humanitarian legitimacy. The thuggery of the Israeli leadership not only fuels regional, Western, American, and global hatred towards Israel and Judaism, but it also daily creates doubts about, or even negates, the sacrifices of Jews at the hands of the Nazis or any of the oppressive forces in the societies in which they lived.

Finally, once again, as Thomas Barrack, President Trump’s envoy to the Middle East, said in one of his predictions about Greater Israel at the recent Doha Dialogue conference in December 2025, there is no such thing as Greater or Lesser Israel except through economic harmony with the countries of the region. This will not happen, even if the sky falls to the earth, as long as justice in Israel’s view is a (salon club) whose membership is only for Jews, and for others, it is the power to impose peace upon them. Will the wise men of Israel understand this?
