عندما تم طرح مشروع تأسيس دولة اسرائيل كان مخطط لها ان تكون دولة يلجا اليه كل اليهود الاحرار الذين تعرضوا أو سيتعرضون لمضايقات دينية او حياتية او اجتماعية او سياسية او اقتصادية في بلدانهم الأم، اعقب هذا المشروع دعم غربي وأمريكي على اعتبار بانها ستكون دولة يلجا إليها أقليات يهودية لاقت الأمرين في كل دول العالم ٫ وبنفس الوقت لتكون مثالية لتفتح افاق نوعية لإحترام حقوق الانسان والديمقراطية وتطبيق حكم القانون في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وربما العالم، وظل الخطاب الأمريكي والغربي يكرر هذا الهدف مع كل تحدي امني او سياسي يواجه اسرائيل في المنطقة،حتى بعضمن المتنورين في عالمنا العربي كانوا ينظرون لها بهذا المنظار، بما فيهم بعض فلسطيني الأراضي المحتلة الذين كانوا يلاقون الويلات من ادارات محلية أردنية بإشراف إسرائيلي قبل ان تتحول بعد اتفاقيات اسلوا إلى فلسطينية ،بحيث كنت شاهد مع بعض الطلاب الفلسطينيين الذين كانوا يزاملونا في كلية القانون بداية الثمانينات من القرن الماضي ٫يرددوا بجلساتنا الخاصة ملاحظات وصلت للسخرية من حماستنا للقضية الفلسطينية ٫منها السؤال الواقعي التالي، كيف يمكن للحزب والثورة في العراق اوسوريا اوبقية الدول الثورية ان يقوموا بتحريرنا نحن الفلسطينيين من اسرائيل الديمقراطية بشعوب هي مقموعة إلى حد فقدت آدميتها امام سلطات غاشمة فاسدة في سوريا أو العراق لا تعرف معاني الديمقراطية والانتخابات والتداول السلمي للسلطة وحكم القانون؟ 

حتى لما جاءت اتفاقيات اسلوا صار بيننا الكثير من يعتقد بأن اسرائيل هي بالفعل دولة ديمقراطية سلمية ستكون نبراس لدولنا المبتلية “بديناصورات القيادات الملهمة من المهد إلى اللحد” ،وحتى الاخبار المفاوضات المتعثرة وعودة اللاجئين ورفض عودتهم واخبار التوسع الاستيطاني ٫كان بعضنا٫ نحن المضطهدين المشتبكين مع سلطاتنا الوطنية٫ نفسره بانه نوع من الخصومات العقارية اكثر منه نزاعات وجودية تحررية، بل كانت برأينا ٫حتى الانتفاضة الفلسطينية نعتبرها نوع من ممارسة الحقوق الديمقراطية للفلسطينيين داخل الأراضي المحتلة أنذالك ٫خاصة إذا قارناها مع انظمتنا التي لا تتردد بسحق كل مجموعة تتظاهر منتفضة ولو أمام مطعم شعبي ،

ولكن الغريب اثناء صعود حروب الثورة الإيرانية وارهاب القاعدة وطالبان ثم داعش واستخدامها شعار تحرير الفلسطينيين ومقدسات المسلمين ضد إسرائيل وداعمها الأمريكي والغربي والتعبئة الحربية والأيدلوجية التي ضحت من اجلها الكثير امريكا وحلفائها الغربيين ،كنا نتوقع ان تسلك الحكومات الإسرائيلية سياسات وأفعال سلمية تنويرية بناءه ترفض بها خطاب القوة والتوسع على حساب حقوق الفلسطينيين وعموم العرب والمسلمين ٫بالقليل لتعزيز جهود حلفائها الدوليين والإقليميين من حولها لينجزوا بناء دول ناجحة تتبنى الحوكمة الرشيدة والقانون والعدالة ،ولكن الذي حدث أن إسرائيل لم تكتفي بالتعسف بحقوق الفلسطينيين والتجاوز على حقوقهم واراضيهم وسلطاتهم ، وانما راحت مرة تجند شخصيات من ضعاف النفوس والفاسدين الباحثين عن السلطة والنفوذ بأي ثمن في بعض الدول العربية لتعزيز تأثيرها وتنفيذ أجنداتها ولو ضد مصالح هذه الشعوب وإستقرارها ٫ومرة تتشفى حتى بولي باقائها على قيد الوجود والصمود امريكا ، فبدأنا نسمع عن مؤامرات يهودية اسرائيل لافشال جهود أمريكية وأوربية وأممية لبناء سلطة فلسطينية نظيفه وفعالة تلبي ولو الحاجات الإدارية المعقولة للفلسطينيين ٫أو إن إسرائيل هي ترفض بناء دولة لبنانية قابلة للدفاع عن مصالحها ٫وإسرائيل هي التي أمرت الأمريكان بتأسيس مؤسسات أمنية وعسكرية كارتونية “مسحوبة القوة” بلا هوية أمنية ولا جندية وطنية ولا عربية ولا إسلامية في العراق أيام التغيير أو في سوريا ومصر بعد الربيع العربي ٫حيث اصبحت المؤسسات العسكرية الى ما يشبه مقاولين أو دكاكين للتوظيف والارتزاق لملاحقة من يتصدى للحكوماتالفاسدة بتوجيهات الأمريكيان. ٫وتأكد ما كان يقال ٫ظهرت قيادات مخابراتية وفكرية وسياسية اسرائيليه في الإعلام تتحدث بصراحه وسعادة عن إخراج جيوش فولاذية عربية عن الخدمة وكيفية تحويل  مجتمعات عربية مثل العراق وسوريا وليبيا واليمن إلى مجتمعات متقاتلة هائمة عائمة بالفساد والجهل والإحباط والمظالم التي أرجعتها لعصور ما قبل نهاية إمبراطورية عثمان . 

لم يفكروا بتبعاتها الخطيرة٫ سواء من زاوية نقمة المجتمعات التي راحت تبحث عن من ينقذها من هذا الهوان أو من ناحية استغلال إيران نقمت هذه المجتمعات من الفاشل أو “الفاعل” الأمريكي الغربي الإسرائيلي المسبب لخرابها ٫فراحت بعض الجماعات المسلحة تقفز مرة بحضن داعش ومرة بحضن إيران الجهاد من أجل مباديء الإسلام ٫ولو بطريقة العصابات التي تذبح فتنتصر فيخضع لها الناس والحكومات ٫ بدات بحماس التي انتفضت على الموظفين الفاسدين لمحمود عباس وألقتهم من شاهق العمارات وحزب الله الذي إستولى على مقدرات لبنان وسوريا وميليشات العراق التي أصبحت هي المتحكم بالسلطات ! وانتهينا بالحوثيين الذين ذبحوا ودمروا و صاروا اليوم عنوانين للقوميين العرب في كل مكان، ثم راحت إسرائيل تستغل الإستسلامالأمريكي وضياع القرار العربي تتجاوز على مبادئها ومكوناتها الدينية والمجتمعية بمشروع إعلان إسرائيل دولة يهودية٫ أنا أجزم نصف الإسرائيليين لا يريدوها بهذا الثوب الديني الفاضح٫ ومرة تستغل الهوان العربي بمشروع “أحفاد إبراهيم” للقفزعلى أهل القضية( الفلسطينيين )بالتصالح مع أولاد عمهم سواء في المغرب العربي أو بالخليج ! 

كما أن اسرائيل بدل ان تصحوا من هذا الطيش الذي أنتج لها ٧ أكتوبروتلاحق فاعلين معلومين بالأسماء والعدد بعدالة ٫راحت تمارس الإنتقام البربري بالذبح والهدم الجماعي وبالجملة ،ودون أن تخفي بأن الغزاووين الذي أنتفضوا على حكومة أبو مازن الفاسدة هم الذين إنتخبوا بديمقراطية قادة حماس ٫ولهذا فان كل اهالي غزة مستحقين لهذا العقاب الجماعي ! الأسوءامن ذالك فأن الأمريكان ومن تورط معهم من الدول المتقدمة في دعم إسرائيل -ظالمة أو مظلومة- لم يعينوا أنفسهم بتذكير إسرائيل بالمواصفات التي تأسست عليها كدولة كان يفترض أن تكون مثال دول الشرق الأوسط وإنماأصابتهم إسرائيل بالجلطة الدماغية ، وبالتحديد الأمريكان ٫ الذين إنتقلوا يد يمدون المهاجمين الإسرائليين بأعظم شحنات الأسلحة الهجومية والدفاعية الجبارة المدمرة للبشر والحجر ويد تمد الفلسطينيين المنكوبين من المذابح والجوع والتشرد “بالمغذيات” الجوية والبحرية والأرضية بمناظر لم تشهد لهاالبشرية!

ليس هذا فحسب ان امريكا وبعض الدول المرغمة بالسير معها استسلمت للجنون الإسرائيلي٫ بحيث لم يحصل بتاريخ امريكا التي كانت ومازالت تدفع باهظ الأثمان من اجل إستقرار النظام العالمي المدعوم بمكافحة الفساد وبالديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان في الشرق والغرب. تتولى هي بنفسها ولو لوحدها لتتحدى كل المجتمع الدولي بجمعيته الاممية و مجلس الامن والمحاكم الدولية بل وقبلت بالمشي وراء إسرائيل التي أعلنت خطتها بتغيير الشرق الأوسط بالقوة والقتل والتدمير المسلح ولو أدى لإنتحارها ٫ثم إمتدت هذا الجلطة الادماغية الى داخل أمريكا الحائرة لمن تعطي أصواتها ٫للديمقراطيين وهاريس المتورطين بحرق الشرق الأوسط من أجل عيون إسرائيل أم للجمهوريين وترامب الذين سيجهزون على ما تبقى من النظام العالمي و قيم الأمريكيين؟

Israel from a Global ideal state to a Global stroke

When the project to establish the State of Israel was proposed, it was planned to be a state to which all free Jews who were or would be subjected to religious, life, social, political or economic harassment in their home countries would resort. This project was followed by Western and American support on the grounds that it would be a state to which Jewish minorities who had suffered both in every country in the world would resort, and at the same time to be ideal for opening up qualitative horizons for respecting human rights and democracy and implementing the rule of law in the Middle East and perhaps the world. The American and Western discourse continued to repeat this goal with every security or political challenge facing Israel in the region. Even some of the enlightened people in our Arab world viewed it in this light, including some Palestinians in the occupied territories who were suffering from local Jordanian administrations under Israeli supervision before they were transformed after the Oslo Accords into Palestinian ones. I witnessed, with some Palestinian students who were our classmates in the Faculty of Law at the beginning of the eighties of the last century, repeating in our private sessions observations that reached the point of mockery of our enthusiasm for the Palestinian cause, including the question: The next reality is, how can the party and the revolution in Iraq, Syria, or the rest of the revolutionary countries liberate us, the Palestinians, from democratic Israel, with peoples who are oppressed to the point of losing their humanity in the face of corrupt, brutal authorities in Syria or Iraq who do not know the meanings of democracy, elections, the peaceful transfer of power, and the rule of law? Even when the Oslo Accords came, many of us believed that Israel was indeed a peaceful democratic state that would be a beacon for our countries plagued by “dinosaurs of inspiring leadership from the cradle to the grave.” Even the news of the faltering negotiations, the return of refugees and the refusal of their return, and the news of settlement expansion, some of us, the oppressed ones clashing with our national authorities, interpreted it as a type of real estate disputes more than existential liberation conflicts. In fact, in our opinion, even the Palestinian uprising, we considered it a type of exercise of the democratic rights of the Palestinians inside the occupied territories at that time, especially if we compare it with our regimes that do not hesitate to crush any group that demonstrates in revolt, even in front of a popular restaurant. But the strange thing is that during the rise of the Iranian Revolution wars and the terrorism of Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, then ISIS, and their use of the slogan of liberating the Palestinians and the sanctities of Muslims against Israel and its American and Western supporter, and the military and ideological mobilization for which America and its Western allies sacrificed a lot, we expected the Israeli governments to take this path. Peaceful, enlightening, constructive policies and actions that reject the discourse of power and expansion at the expense of the rights of the Palestinians and all Arabs and Muslims, with a little to strengthen the efforts of its international and regional allies around it to accomplish the building of successful states that adopt good governance, law and justice, but what happened is that Israel was not satisfied with the abuse of the rights of the Palestinians and the encroachment on their rights, lands and authorities, but it also began to recruit weak-willed and corrupt figures seeking power and influence at any price in some Arab countries to enhance its influence and implement its agendas even against the interests and stability of these peoples, and at other times it even gloats over the survival and steadfastness of its own people, America, so we began to hear about Jewish Israeli conspiracies to thwart American, European and international efforts to build a clean and effective Palestinian Authority that meets even the reasonable administrative needs of the Palestinians, or that Israel refuses to build a Lebanese state capable of defending its interests, and Israel is the one that ordered the Americans to establish cartoonish security and military institutions “withdrawn from power” without a security identity or a national or Arab soldier or Islamic in Iraq during the days of change or in Syria and Egypt after the Arab Spring, where military institutions became like contractors or shops for employment and mercenary work to pursue those who confront corrupt governments under American directives. What was said was confirmed, Israeli intelligence, intellectual and political leaders appeared in the media talking frankly and happily about removing Arab steel armies from service and how to transform Arab societies such as Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen into warring societies floating in corruption, ignorance, frustration and injustices that traced them back to the eras before the end of the Ottoman Empire. They did not think about its serious consequences, whether from the perspective of the resentment of societies that began to search for someone to save them from this humiliation or from the perspective of Iran’s exploitation. These societies resented the failure or the “actor” American, Western, Israeli who caused their destruction. Some armed groups began to jump, once into the arms of ISIS and once into the arms of Iran, to wage jihad for the principles of Islam, even in the manner of gangs that slaughter and then win, so people and governments submit to them. It began with Hamas, which rose up against the corrupt employees of Mahmoud Abbas and threw them from tall buildings, and Hezbollah, which seized the resources of Lebanon and Syria, and the militias of Iraq, which became the ones controlling the authorities! And we ended with the Houthis who slaughtered and destroyed and have become today a title for Arab nationalists everywhere, then Israel began to exploit the American surrender and the loss of the Arab decision to transgress its principles and religious and societal components with the project of declaring Israel a Jewish state. I am certain that half of the Israelis do not want it in this shameful religious guise, and once it exploits the Arab humiliation with the “Grandchildren of Abraham” project to jump on the people of the cause (the Palestinians) by reconciling with their cousins ​​whether in the Maghreb or the Gulf! Also, instead of Israel waking up from this recklessness that produced October 7 and pursuing known perpetrators by name and number with justice, it began to practice barbaric revenge with slaughter and mass destruction in bulk, without hiding that the invaders who rose up against the corrupt government of Abu Mazen are the ones who democratically elected the leaders of Hamas, and for this reason all the people of Gaza deserve this collective punishment! Worse than that, the Americans and the advanced countries that were involved with them in supporting Israel – whether oppressor or oppressed – They did not appoint themselves to remind Israel of the specifications on which it was founded as a state that was supposed to be an example for the countries of the Middle East, but Israel gave them a stroke, specifically the Americans, who moved one hand to provide the Israeli attackers with the greatest shipments of offensive and defensive weapons that are devastating to humans and stones, and the other hand to provide the Palestinians afflicted by massacres, hunger and displacement with “feeders” from the air, sea and land in scenes that humanity has never witnessed! Not only that, America and some countries forced to go along with it surrendered to the Israeli madness, such that it did not happen in the history of America, which was and still is paying a heavy price for the stability of the global system supported by the fight against corruption and democracy and human rights in the East and the West. She herself, even if alone, takes on the challenge of the entire international community, including the United Nations, the Security Council, and international courts. She even accepted to follow Israel, which announced its plan to change the Middle East by force, killing, and armed destruction, even if it led to her suicide. Then this stroke extended to America, which is confused about who to vote for: the Democrats and Harris, who are involved in burning the Middle East for the sake of Israel, or the Republicans and Trump, who will destroy what remains of the world order and American values?
